Writing and selling your Memoir by--Paula Balzer
Great read for anyone trying to write.

The Bible is number one of course. I hadn't touched one since I was eleven or twelve. Now that I'm older, I have to say it is a most enlightening book with beautiful and powerful words. I've found some very lovely verses that I never knew could exist in THE BIBLE. I am forever grateful to my daughter Katelyn for leaving me the tiny edition of the New Testament with Psalms and Proverbs.
It should fill the memory, rule the heart, and guide the feet.

This is one fantastic book. I couldn't put in down and had it read in three days. She is a phenomenal writer and speaker. One of the best books I've ever read. Faith in the Valley is also wonderful.

Another good read by Marianne Williamson is The Gift of Change. She's a wonderful spiritual leader. I also recommend Illuminata; it's a book of beautifully written prayers.

Embrace, Release, Heal by Leigh Fortson is awesome. It contains a wealth of information for anyone affected by cancer. Many of the quotes I have on this blog are from her book.

Deepak Chopra's The Book of Secrets is full of wisdom and insight into the many levels of life.

One Heartbeat Away by Mark Cahill

Another Morning by Linda Blachman

Cancer as a Turning Point by Lawrence LeShan, Ph.D.

Chicken Soup for the Woman's Soul by Canfield, Hansen, Hawthorne, & Shimoff

The Purpose Driven Life by Pastor Rick Warren
